By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information while placing your order.
RuhAura candles are handmade with care, designed to bring warmth, positivity, and luxury to your everyday life.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Products & Descriptions
All our products are hand-poured using 100% soy wax and premium fragrances.
Product images on the website are for reference. Slight variations in color or fragrance strength may occur, as each candle is handcrafted.
We make every effort to display product details accurately.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Orders are confirmed once full/partial payment is received. In case of COD, customers are expected to accept and pay upon delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.
You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our candles, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos.
Eligible refunds/replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to burn candles safely:
Keep away from children and pets.
Do not leave a burning candle unattended.
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
RuhAura will not be responsible for any damage caused due to unsafe use of candles.
