Refund & Return policy
At RuhAura, we take pride in offering high-quality, eco-friendly luxury candles. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Certain products such as used candles or items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (Razorpay/UPI/Bank) within 5-7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In case of eligible returns, we may provide free reverse pickup (where available).
